Reminiscent of Tolkein, however the hero ends up with no money, no partner and no livelihood. A very different take on it.

Great acting, atmospheric, no background music. The end fizzled slightly but a beautiful film.

Although a little slow to start but sudden turn of events turning the film into a "who done it" was gripping and had one guessing until the end . Loved the build up of the characters profile and the wedding itself , which was dramatically cut short by the kidnap . Enjoyed this Iranian film makers style and his choice of actors .
4
Enjoyed film. Subtitles a bit faint.
