Everyone knows Halla as a respectable, middle-aged director of a popular choir. But she leads a secret double life as a ruthless, daring eco-warrior who is hunted by the police. This playful, thrilling and yet sensitive film is set against the fantastic landscapes of rural Iceland.

Serious theme but very funny too. We really got to know every aspect of the main character. Brilliantly acted by her. I especially liked the bizarre orchestra which followed her everywhere. |

Brilliantly wonderful film. Superbly acted telling a great tale with a couple of twists and turns and a poignant ending. Thought the use of the musicians appearing in various scenes was a stroke of genius. Great choice. |

Excellent film with a great tempo that sucks you into the main character. Superb involvement of the soundtrack. |

Excellent film, original in concept and delivery but with a light touch. Really enjoyed it, but would have appreciated more people in the audience wearing a mask. |

Really enjoyed this film. Such energy and exuberance! And interesting issues, far from straightforward. The random appearance of the musicians and singers made me laugh at first, but thought this was a bit overdone. This is our first time back and a really good restart. |
