Amazing dance routines. Chilling reality. NB Pre-screen music was way too loud!

Beautifully filmed and acted and an insight into a middle eastern culture. Amazing singing. Like more of it.

An interesting insight into Georgian society. Great music & dancing and very well acted. I don't personally enjoy watching gay sex or the LGBT scene. But I did sympathise greatly with Merab and loved the way he created his own style of Georgian dance at the end. A brave film in the context of Georgian society.

Thoroughly enjoyed. Very different.

To me a clever film to highlight the eastern part of old Russia that is mixed up with eastern xxx Russia. Excellent acting

Thought provoking. Well chosen characters and thoroughly enjoyed dancing/music/energy. How did characters afford alcohol, ciggies, drugs? So pleased to have the opportunity to view such a varied selection of films. Thank you.

A bit shocking for the older audience?! Well acted, directed first love story in a restrictive culture. Wonderful dancing. I liked it.

Not at all expected but as always fascinating insight into a different world. Loved the music and dance.

A very well made film, but it didn't resonate with me. Final dance scene was excellent, though. Perhaps give a warning for strobe effects

Good to see LGBT films represented in the Fleet Film calendar.

Beautiful & thought provoking insight into Georgian culture

As always I welcome an insight into other cultures and societies through the films shown here however "different".

It's quite sad to be at the same time a gay and an artist in a country like Georgia, especially if someone comes from his social background. A good film on an environment I didn't know.

Brilliant dancing. Amazing cultural insight. Overall enjoyable but a little long.

Huge potential to explore the vital topic of LGB lives under an oppressive culture but I didn’t feel that was explored enough and it missed the mark. More also could’ve been explored of the Georgian culture to reinforce the narrative, the end result I’m afraid was boring. And felt a bit “emperor’s new clothes”

Energetic / different. Thought provoking. I kept waiting for the finale! Wouldn’t want to see it again. Too exhausting.
